We worked together to identify properties of interest and they ALWAYS were available to facilitate a viewing; if one of them was busy, another team member would step in. They were candid and honest - if they had concerns about the condition of a property or the listing price in relation to ‘value’, they said so. They were resourceful and accessed inspectors, contractors and others when needed. Punctuality is their middle name! They have mastered the technology needed to support a transaction and accurately prepare documents. Once we found our new home, they facilitated the closing thoroughly and provided an organized binder with all documentation! It took us a LONG time to find the home we bought, and there were times when we became very frustrated and discouraged with the entire process; the Beck Team never gave up - and were patient, supportive and a great partner for us.
